1. Non-Returnable Products

All protocol kits are personalized and cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:
Before item is shipped
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

3. Valid Return Reasons

A return is only accepted if:
Product received is expired
Product is damaged/defective
Wrong product delivered

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.

5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Wrong address entered by customer
Customer unavailable / unresponsive at delivery
Opened / used product
Change of mind after shipping
