You must be 18 years or older to use Fertimacy services or purchase products. You agree to provide correct and complete information during the quiz, consultation and order process.

3. Fertimacy Services

Fertimacy provides:

  • Customized wellness protocol kits
  • Free doctor consultation
  • Lifestyle and wellness guidance
  • WhatsApp and phone support

Individual experiences may vary. Fertimacy does not guarantee any fixed medical, fertility or sexual-performance outcome.

4. Quiz and Doctor Consultation

The online quiz helps us understand your concerns and recommend relevant wellness support. The quiz itself is not a medical diagnosis or medical consultation.

Fertimacy provides a free doctor consultation to help users understand their concerns, clear doubts and make an informed decision.

All consultations and information shared by users will be handled with privacy, confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach.

The doctor may recommend further tests, an in-person examination or another medical specialist where required.

5. Medical and Health Disclaimer

Fertimacy products and wellness protocols are not intended to replace emergency care, medical diagnosis or necessary medical treatment.

We do not claim to cure infertility, sexual dysfunction or any disease, and we do not guarantee pregnancy, conception or performance results.

Users taking prescription medicines or having an existing medical condition should inform the doctor before using any product.

6. Orders, Payments and Shipping

Product prices, taxes and applicable charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation, Replacement and Refund

After dispatch, consumable or personalized products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

A replacement or refund may be provided if the customer receives:

  • A damaged product
  • An expired product
  • An incomplete order

Such issues must be reported according to the conditions and timeline mentioned in our Refund Policy.

All Fertimacy branding, content, quizzes, graphics, product materials and website content belong to Fertimacy Wellness or its authorised owners.

They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
